1. **Agreement Acceptance**: By becoming a distributor with TUJAS HERBAL, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and TUJAS HERBAL.
2. **Independent Contractor Status**: As a distributor, you operate as an independent contractor and not as an employee, partner, or legal representative of TUJAS HERBAL. You have no authority to bind TUJAS HERBAL to any obligations or agreements unless explicitly authorized.
3. **Compliance with Laws and Regulations**: You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations governing your activities as a distributor, including but not limited to laws pertaining to marketing practices, taxation, and consumer protection.
4. **Ethical Marketing Practices**: You agree to conduct your referral marketing activities with integrity, honesty, and professionalism. Misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices are strictly prohibited.
5. **Product Representation**: You agree to represent TUJAS HERBAL’s products and services accurately and truthfully, providing clear and transparent information to potential customers and distributors.
6. **Income Claims and Earnings Representations**: You acknowledge that any income claims or earnings representations you make must be truthful and based on actual earnings achieved by distributors within TUJAS HERBAL. You agree not to make exaggerated or misleading income claims.
7. **Product Purchase and Sales Requirements**: You understand that as a distributor, you may be required to purchase a minimum quantity of products for personal use or resale in order to remain active and eligible for commissions and bonuses. You agree to comply with these purchase requirements as outlined in TUJAS HERBAL’s policies.
8. **Compensation Plan**: You acknowledge that your earnings as a distributor are based on TUJAS HERBAL’s compensation plan, which is subject to change at the discretion of TUJAS HERBAL. You agree to review and adhere to the terms of the compensation plan as outlined in TUJAS HERBAL’s official documentation.
9. **Confidentiality**: You agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information and trade secrets belonging to TUJAS HERBAL, including but not limited to customer lists, marketing strategies, and compensation structures.
10. **Termination**: TUJAS HERBAL reserves the right to terminate your distributorship at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice. In the event of termination, you agree to cease all marketing activities related to TUJAS HERBAL and discontinue the use of any trademarks, logos, or proprietary materials belonging to TUJAS HERBAL.
11. **Governing Law**: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pollachi jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
12. **Severability**: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be severed from the agreement, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
